When Igor first reached out to me from Brazil, his plan was simple but perfect: convince Victoria they were coming to Cape Town for a romantic holiday, book what she thought was just a sunset photoshoot overlooking the Atlantic Seaboard, and then—halfway through—ask her to marry him.
